Clean Eatz Kitchen Meal Service Review

Hi everyone. During the pandemic restrictions there really isnt much to do around here. Since I enjoyed reviewing the Freshlys prepared meals I decided to try another service.

This time I’m trying out the Clean Eatz Kitchen prepared meals. These meals caught my interest because they are geared toward people who are following diets: weight loss, Keto, gluten-free, or a high protein.

Ordering: Ordering through Clean Eatz was very simple. The one thing I liked the most is that you are not required to create a subscription. Instead you just order whenever you want with no requirements.

After you select your meals you checkout. Your meals are delivered to you within 3-4 days. This was quicker than over a week out with Freshlys. My total for 10 meals was $79.90. Freshlys was around $86 with a coupon. No coupon needed here!

Delivery: Delivery was on time. I placed my order on a Sunday and it arrived that Thursday.

The packaging was alot smaller than Freshlys. They didn’t use a bunch of ice packs and just relied on the meals keeping each other cold. The meals were very cold when they arrived and it was nice not having the extra things to recycle

Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese: This was so good and my favorite of all the meals. It felt like I was eating take out but it was still only 454 calories. Very filling.

General Tso’s Chicken: This was very tasty, I loved the vegetables!

Chicken Spinach Lasagna: I really enjoyed this. It was filling and paired well with a salad.

PepperJack Bacon Chicken: The flavors in here were soo good, another one of my favorites!

Sirloin Steak w/ Twice Baked Potato: Surprisingly this was very good and tender.

Conclusion: These meals were all delicious! I love how high in protein they are while still low in calories. None of them tasted low in calories AT ALL! They were very filling. Coming in at $20 below the Freshlys price, these are definitely a must try!
