Cheesy Scallop Fettuccine
During my grocery shopping this week I was perusing the wonderous isles of Trader Joes’ looking for something seafoody to make for dinner. I came upon a bag of the Saucy Scallops with Mushrooms. Although this didnt look like the most appetizing thing, I decided to give it a go. I’m a rebel like that!

The price for this was $5.99. Not bad for Scallops, those babies ain’t cheap, Im here to tell ya!
Nutrition facts look great, not a lot of fat and carbs and a decent amount of protein. Win! Now to find something to serve this with that won’t add all the fat and carbs into the dish

Check out these noodles! Gluten free and a bunch of low glycemic carbs!
I followed the package directions for both, which is basically heating each thing separately and then I mixed them together. The noodles feel fresh and homemade.
This meal was SO delicious, it was very Fettuccine Alfredo like and everyone loved it! Will definitely buy again and at $11 for 4 servings that makes it $2.75 a serving. Wuhooo!!
