Our Thor RV

We sure do love to travel and over the years we have flown to a lot of places, experienced airports, hotels, amusement parks, wild excursions, and had a lot of fun. After many years, dealing with airports and hotels became increasingly stressful and unpleasant the more we did it. So we decided to take a break from all of that for a bit and buying an RV was the answer.

Even though an RV is not a cheap purchase and it costs money to fuel it, we have saved a considerable amount of money on each trip compared to the cost of flights and hotels. Ill do some cost breakdowns for each trip I post so you can see the difference.

We have been on some trips in it and I am looking forward to many many more. Below is a little tour of our Class B+ Diesel Ford Chassis, Thor Motor Coach

Ain’t she a beauty?!

Walking up the steps into the living room. The couch slides down into a bed for two.
View from the couch
Induction stove with a convection microwave below it. The sink is huge, that round piece comes off.
Our little hallway leads to the bathroom and the bedroom (slide out is in at the moment)
Decent size shower, nice and bright with the skylight.
Back slide is out all the way, before we put the bed down. Nice little seating area where you can watch TV
Queen size bed, super comfy and bright with 4 surrounding windows. My grandma made me this quilt when I was young ๐Ÿ™‚
View from the bed and the nice TV in the corner.. . . do I look relaxed?
This is Sammy Sasquatch, he goes trippin with us everywhere!

And that’s it! I love how modern it is. We had to go to Texas to get it and it was worth the trip! Stay tuned for our RV adventures, Ill be posting every trip (we usually go somewhere every other weekend) cant wait to take you all along!
