Post Quarantine Shopping Adventures!

Here in our state the governor has reopened retail stores. I love to shop so I was super excited to get out there and get some new summery clothes.

I kept seeing online that alot of these stores, in other states, opened with everything 50% off. Say whaaaaat?!! Burlington was one of these stores. So finally our Burlington opened.

Me and my friend met at the nearest Burlington on opening day and stood in line for alllll the deals. We were not disappointed, heres how it went:

We stood in line for about 10 mins and then entered into the store where everything was 50% off! (except home goods were 25% off).

It was like heaven you guys! We found so much stuff! Check out was nice too, they had tables in place to distance you 6ft away from the cashier and there was a lady going around and cleaning the card machine and table after every customer.

Below is a pic of everything I bought. 4 blouses for work, 5 (2 Adidas brand) workout tanks, 1 CK jeans T-shirt, an Adidas jacket, 2 Cardigan sweaters (1 being Calvin Klein brand), a pair of dress pants, and a nice heavy duty skillet. Thats 16 items and I only paid $100!!

After Burlington I did hop over to Marshalls cuz I still needed some shoes. I waited for 15 mins in line to get in. I found some cute red shoes for $10 and the cutest backpack lunchbag for $12. The lunch bag came with 2 freezer packs and 3 food containers.

So just a quick trip to buy 2 things right? WRONG. . . The line to check out snaked to the back of the store. I waited 30 mins! But I did love what I got 🙂
